It depends, are you using the Urick/Weiser construction time frame model?  If so, 9 years, construction will take 9 years . . . oh, unless you're going to slap up a half done cookie cutter building, then 9 months.

If I remember correctly it was a 3-phase project.  Phase 2 was the main pressbox and phase 3 was wrapping it around and little and hopefully the weight room.

Was phase 1 message boarding about it?  Because I think we've almost completed phase 1.
