Phase II of that is basically chump change and probably will be done next summer by the looks of it, the ops building will be more important to soccer than baseball but will do a good job of making the baseball stadium look bigger, and I'm guessing is the Vanier of those two sports (locker rooms, maybe some weight rooms/training stuff, offices for baseball and soccer coaches). That soccer stadium is like 90% of what I'd hope it to be, so thanks Currie
. The Phase V and VI much like football's Phase V and VI will be nice to have, but not must haves, but it will make one gleaming pile of very nice limestone from soccer through to the rowing facility, along Kimball and college ave.
Just ball parking, guess each phase is:
Phase II: maybe $500k, it's a damn walkway and some limestone.
Phase III: Based off the BTF, significantly smaller though so let's say $10-15 mill (but depends on how much they put in it)
Phase IV: Probably around $5-8 mill if Creighton spent $14 mill for their behemoth of a stadium like 5 years ago.
Phase V: IDK, 1-2 million maybe? How many videoboards and concession stands/bathrooms need to be built? Probably not that much.
Phase VI: $3-4 mill, total luxury item of the whole thing.
So like $30 ish mill for all of that. I wonder if some big donor(s) who like soccer and/or baseball already put some $$ down for some of this. Bet the Tointon's wouldn't mind putting some more up, that and Carl and Mary Ice I'm sure too.
