So on the webcam, you can see a concrete wall in the northwest corner of the stadium. It starts at the bottom corner of section one and angles up. But it only goes about halfway up before leveling off. The new north endzone is going to be as tall as the rest of the stadium, right? The concourse that eventually circles the stadium will be level?

I think and hope you are correct. If I had to guess the top of the wall that you are talking of will be the "floor" of the terraces. I wish they would just complete the bowl. It would make my symmetrical thinking brain feel better.
