I hope I'm not putting my foot in my mouth because I never saw the rendos from the N, but I don't think this is close to accurate. And I hope it isn't because I think it looks like a large department store. A Nordstrums perhaps.

If the final product is anything like what we've seen so far then I will be wearing my boner pants until the final unveiling fall of 2015.  Oregon can go chug a fatty and while I'm on the subject KU isn't even competing at the same level as K-State in terms of facilities.  Aside from all the upgrades on campus this alone puts us ahead of them.  We're winning gold in every event while Kansas is falling in the pool at the special Olympics (they call it diving).

One thing that is clearly missing is the ambulance tunnel in the NE corner of the stadium.  However, I do like the idea of the party area there in that corner. However, I'm not sure that putting the party deck right by the student section is the best idea, mainly because the people that can afford to visit the party deck will be sitting elsewhere in the stadium.

One idea could be to just flip the seating on the east sideline. Instead of the student section starting in Sec 24 and extending north thru Sec 28, it would start in Sec 24 and extend south thru Sec 20. All the alumni that currently sit in Sec 23 will be moved to Sec 25, etc, etc. instead of being in Sec 26, the band would be in Sec 22. That would keep the students in seats that are as good as the ones they have now, while also putting a bunch of season ticket holders over by the new party deck.

As for the tunnels, maybe it will be similar to the current layout. There would only be one tunnel over in the NW corner. The ambulance would have access thru that opening, along with the K-State football team. The visiting team would still have to go to and from their locker room via the stairs thru the stands, just like now.

Is that an awesome party plaza there on the east side?

Populous will be the architect for NEZ, The North side of Vanier will be very castle, picture a mini-WSC. 2 Big Columns in the middle and the big arched windows on each side.  The stadium side though...WOW:

It will have 2 corner boards NE/NW, the concourse level will match up with East/West side you can walk around the stadium and seating will basically match the west side just wrapped around, except there are 2 triangles in front of the corner boards that are a grassy terrace, and 2 tunnels...the existing road will become a tunnel, with another in the opposite corner.  I saw pictures today and all I can say is wow...looks like they are planning on turning the grassy area N/E of Vanier into another tailgating zone too as lots of tents were placed in those areas.

Wow according to these you got pretty much every detail right except i cant see the stadium side yet.  Looks amazing.

If you look to the east of the main walkway you will see a driveway that slopes downward toward the field and just slightly to the left of Vanier under the Gatorade party mezzanine.
