It will have 2 corner boards NE/NW, the concourse level will match up with East/West side you can walk around the stadium and seating will basically match the west side just wrapped around, except there are 2 triangles in front of the corner boards that are a grassy terrace, and 2 tunnels...the existing road will become a tunnel, with another in the opposite corner. I saw pictures today and all I can say is wow...looks like they are planning on turning the grassy area N/E of Vanier into another tailgating zone too as lots of tents were placed in those areas.

If the seating in the NEZ is going to match the seating on the West side are we to assume chair backs? I don't remember changes to the master plan including primo seats as it was meant to expand on the "grass roots" approach. Chair backs are a bad idea for a few reasons IMO:

1). They're more expensive and greatly reduce capacity. Bench seating allows for bigger crowds and a more intimidating and exciting atmosphere.
2). From an aesthetic standpoint it won't really match the SEZ making it an eye soar to look at. Think about the NEZ at Milan Puskar Stadium in Morgantown. It's atrocious!
3). In general I think chair backs promote laziness. I went to road games @ Louisville and Miami and while both stadiums were fairly nice the host fans looked way too comfortable and weren't nearly as loud or as passionate as fans at venues with bench seating.
