Arkansas's new facility cost $35 million, and is considered a top 25 complex nationally. Oregon's new facility is estimated at $65-70 million and would be considered one of/if not the best in the country, so something between the 2, but more similar to Arkansas.
P.S. KU's clip art complex was estimated at $31.million.
Also, consider that we have already built the training table, which was included in Oregon's new facility iirc. That means that the price is actually much closer to Oregon's when comparing apples to apples.
I guess my thought/concern is what we do with seating in the NEZ. If we do no seating, you can build a Taj Mahal. If you build some seating, you're probably eating into the facility a little bit.
I guess that my personal preference would be to eliminate seating in the NEZ, put up a gigantic video board, and then put some additional seating in the upper deck above a SEZ suite expansion to offset the seats lost in the NEZ.
That way you only need one big video board, we connect BSFS/OOD, and we have what's essentially a horseshoe stadium.
