My assumption is that there will be a significant amount spent on soccer and baseball (like $10 mil each at least, probably total of $25-30 mil) so this is to bring the east side closer to the west side standards. Then in 5+ years they can demo or do major overhaul. Our conference payout went up by more than $3.5 mil last year, investing 1.5 to bring a portion of the main revenue generator's facilities up to standards is okay.

Who cares about anything but basketball and football? Literally less than 5% of the fanbase. LMAO at spending money on soccer facilities. Spend it all on Bramlage and bsfs.

I couldn't find the old presentation boards that were posted earlier showing the proposed soccer/ baseball rennos. This is best I have. There's also some kind of track upgrade included.

I went back and found the old pics I had saved from last time they got posted. Was there a reason they got removed? I took the above pic, not sure if the others got removed or the user just deleted them...

Well that pretty much ends the "are we going to knock down and replace the east side" idea.

meh, this is just a shopping spree at nebraska furniture mart. they could easily turn around and knock it down and rebuild like they should 5 years from now.

I suppose, I guess I'd rather do it all at one fell swoop. Spend the $1.5 mil towards soccer. They clearly are a program on the upswing

most of that money will be raised via the increase in donation and capital gift donation that they're slapping on the East side club and suite seats.

Looks like Purple/Silver combo, same track surface that KU has at RCP. Lights, they’re gonna redo the shot put area into a little mini shotput stadium it looks like, among other things.

Now to get Cliff to host a real meet. Might be tough to fit into the schedule, given all the entrenched meets out there.

Certainly a good facility for a solid 5-6 team meet as well as B12 championship.

The purple track, although may look dumb, isn't k-state0 in and of itself, but they definitely have a good chance of k-state0ing it up.

Most of the track will be gray it appears with relay handoff zones in purple.
