BSFS Expansion Thread

Good to see that he kept the metal bleachers in there.  We wouldn't want to do any type of renovation that would remove those.

this makes me happy, while i still think there is stuff we can do for BSFS, i do like polishing up the track facility, and i think something real cool could be done with Tointon Family Stadium and the Dibbini Family Stadium.

The Stang admitted that baseball/soccer stuff was already started when he finally unpacked his stuff and found the office. 

It's great that he's talking facilities master plan, but we had AD's do that before and it was all talk and paper.

I hope the entire master plan gets done, and done right, but at the very least I'd like a nicely done east side facade to really complete the exterior look. If he can at least get that done and make it look good, I won't complain much.

seriously tho its probably due to new presidents both at our school and country. id have to guess they did a break in expenses when all of that happened.

Apparently, some on this board don't understand the pace at which the massive federal bureaucracy moves.  Nothing gets done fast.  Especially stuff that involves pathogens and organisms that can kill pretty much everything of value around if they get out in the wild.

Even after everything is completely built with all of the intense inspections at every step of the construction process, that is only the beginning.  The certification process that puts in place the permissions to house the really nasty research will take quite some time.

I may be retired before that thing really starts to kick into gear.

my goodness i am supposed to be graduating from k-state that spring

if the bacterias get out and screw up my graduation cake from my grandmother i will be the real nbaf
