Because NEZ is functionally different than WSC, don't expect renderings to be released to public.  At least, not like they were for WSC.  WSC is a cruise ship loaded with luxury seating that needed to be sold to the public.  NEZ will not be paid for with premium seating and the accompanying, mandatory construction gifts.

I doubt that'll be the case.  But, given the nature of the building and the manner in which funds will be raised, it behooves the AD to keep the plans private for the time being.  I'm sure, at some point, when they're satisfied with funding, a public announcement will occur.  Who knows when that will be.  Until then, it's going to remain a confidential, evolving process.
