Never said it wouldn't be great to have him here.  I just think its odd that a juco LB is the proverbial straw for you.  Seems like there are a lot of other issues more pressing than that out there.

we haven't had enough 4/5 star juco lbs bust on us to say that. the sample size is too small. of the 50-60 non-juco, non-high rated lbs that we've had in the last 10 years, only a couple have been all-big 12 level players.

Besides the couple of elite JUCO players most scouts seem to have a really hard time evaluating JUCO recruits. That being said, Derricott is one of the elite guys.

I appreciate the way Goolsby has handled things and think it's cool he's showed us the love he has. Him being a TE is great too, since it mitigates any possible disappointment when he chooses another school.

Never thought about Clark trying to get a job...  I just assumed it was kind of a courtesy thing.   Also,  I'm sure the kid has heard all sorts of good stuff about K-State and Manhattan so he probably wants to check it out anyway.

I wouldn't be surprised at all if Gronk puts on a few pounds this offseason and moves to TE to make room for Winston Dimel at FB.
