I thought we got about 10-15 really good players and some pretty meh depth guys.

I think we got better on the offensive side of the ball, overall.  We're just not going to be very deep.

Overall, the class was disappointing compared to what it could have been, but better than what we have been getting.

We really need to score a couple of transfers or non-qualifiers, though.  But we could probably say that every year, so, yeah.

On the whole, I think the additions of Seiler and Coleman will help recruiting as I think they'll be better than Joe Bob and Smith.

I have also heard (as has everyone else, so consider it further confirmation) that Mo is really weird and scares DL recruits away.

Article by Jansen mentioned more doors being opened due to success. Most of 2013 wish list wasn't on radar until December. Staff developing relationships with 2014s that are better than what would sign in 2013. Holding some 2013 spots for summer surprises and 2014 countbacks.!

I hate it when tucks talk about DIR's, but I also hate ge'rs who say they're high or not on a kid that they've never seen play. I broadcasted willie cauley's game a year ago and thought he was pud, but apparently he's a lotto pick. None of us know crap imho.

so recruiting services said willie cauley was good and you disagreed but they ended up being right and now recruiting services say our class sucks and you disagree?  i'm not following the logic here, what point are you trying to drive home?  that you are a complete dumbass?
My point in every post is that Kim Carnes is a dumbass and Cauley was pud in HS. Also, coaches make the difference in recruits. Josh Freeman under Snyder would have been All-American.

Everybody knew Cauley-Stein was pud on his pud high school team, he was a stud when playing with and against other studs.

Hudl says class '15 .. who else is in the woodwork that we don't know about.. Although, with the selections this kid has, I am not sure how good he is (DITR?). Who knows, let  :bill: work his magic.

Ah ok, hudl was confusing me because it usually states the highschool class of ____, but yeah East LA College is JUCO. Fantastic

Have we talked about this Nicodem Pierre guy that committed and decommitted yet?

6'3 220 hs junior pro-style quarterback.  He's not blazing fast, but pretty elusive in the pocket and he threw some beauties.  Offers from Louisville, Nebraska, USF.  Hope he changes his mind.

Yes he's been discussed. This the first article that has stated he was actually committed to us. We better stay on top of his recruitment. I really liked his film.

Jamone Boyd was a step in the right direction for our program recruiting wise. MCMW is definitely a strategy that we have to adapt to contend for titles. All of the great teams are doing it.

I think the lesson here is to get them to campus before they commit their robbery so you can better protect them.

Tell me I'm overreacting when we give KU their first conference win in almost 3 years this coming season.
