I’m not a good judge of players watching film, but he’s 20 pounds lighter than deuce green. Same height, allegedly. Switch from defensive end to linebacker in the spring. Four years to play three. Surprised that USC offered. Looks like a development guy to me but I don’t know Jack about film evaluation

There's a linebacker who had a bunch of offers all over the place, and he's more prototype of what we're looking for at the SAM position, which is a guy who has a bunch of length and athleticism, and he has the ability to rush off the edge and is very physical and very sudden. He's going to have multiple years left in the program, which we're very excited about. We're excited to see how he fits into it.

John Sr played at KU. His younger brother Joe played at OSU. I went to middle school w/ SR but we went to rivaling high schools where he perpetually knocked our dicks in the dirt. It was kinda weird they ran like a dual QB thing going on with this other guy Andy Swisher. So they would both line up in the backfield in that pistol formation and you didn't know who was going to get the snap but they were both dual threat guys and i think they might have even won state once or twice. I don't think Andy ended up playing college ball though

The assumption all along was that Randle wouldn't go to K-State because of his dad (and not that he would go to KU, but just that he wouldn't go to K-State). Would be funny if K-State got Randle and not Edwards after all the emphasis on Edwards.
