We get it, in your world, K-State coaches are not accountable for job role/requirement 1b. In fact, in your world they’re really not accountable to job requirement 1a. K-State is just a cushy place to make decent coin, hang out in nice offices, raid the nutrition bar, gather some great Nike swag, hit the perks and the courtesy cars and have no expectations

I'm beginning to think our AD is crap for brains when it comes to hiring an confident FB coach. Shithead's first year record ties Prince, both with HOFHC Snyder players. Second year he matches Prince and gets worst with his own players filling in for what we lost. But the craziest rough ridin' thing about it is they both are very shity recruiters. And what the eff happens is our AD rewards both of these jackasses with extended contracts and undeserving raises. WHEN WILL THEY LEARN, IF EVER!!!

Well yeah, that's why I said according to that link, which you posted, after stating Rubley was the highest ranked OAT. I am as excited about Rubley as anyone, but saying this staff is good at recruiting because they landed him would be the same as saying Prince was good at recruiting because they landed Freeman.

I didn’t say that. I said they were trending up. K-State hasn’t finished 6th in the conference in recruiting since probably DOD1. But whatever, carry on with the whiny meltdowns over a 3 star that 99% of you had never heard of until today.

no one is freaking out and it's the staff's job to secure a visit, especially for an in-state 3 star

Seeing how many 12 team CFP's we would of made over the last 10 years got the moxie flowing again.

gE needs to take it upon themselves and figure out how to take the hundreds of dollars of advertising this site makes and funnel it to a good recruit through NIL.

I still think the jury's out on his recruiting ability at this level given the covid weirdness! Some has been really good (Youngblood, Deuce, Jake) and some of the L's have been brutal!

His ability to bring in adequate transfers in every year is amazing. We had zero RB’s going into his first year and he brought in 3 good transfer RB’s. One, which was at one time, a 4 star.
