Was watching a high profile HS Bball game last weekend between St. Louis teams Chaminade and McCluer North and during the game, the announcers mentioned that 1 of the reserves for McCluer North, Keith Jones, was being recruited by KSU for football. They didn't really expand on his recruitment, just basically said "KSU football recruit." IMO, he did move pretty well and was fairly coordinated for such a thick kid. Didn't find much on the interwebs about him but pasted and linked below is an update from a STL lineman camp held last summer.

"Jones 6’2” 260, is only in the class of 2012, but was a strong contributor to his team as a starter along the offensive and defensive lines. He pushed up 18 reps of 185lbs and ran a 5.3 forty , and had a power ball toss of 41”on the day. Keith arrived late and said he missed several of the events but still managed to test among the top 15 there overall."

Are you talking about Jones? If so, not sure where you got the "receiver" bit, but he's clearly an OL/DL prospect(looking more like DL).

To be fair to whatever Fake Sugar Dick (WARNING, NOT THE REAL SUGAR DICK!) thought he is a WR, info on the player is hard to find. Hell, Rivals spells his high school like 3 different ways. (McLeur, McClure, Mclure.) Plus, several dudes have the same name in his class.
