He said that they would not rush it but wanted to find someone with the right values, skills, alumni support, etc that would fit in the K-State way of things and to give them a couple of weeks. Sure hope it doesn’t take that long.Guy on our site. God, I hope that's right. It would dispel the, "Hire a mid-major loser by Tuesday" rumor.YES! Every single relevant person in college basketball, Doug included, will spend the next 3-4 days in the same place. Also if it was Sutton, wouldn't that make it somewhat possible that Doug could come with him?
Think some more...
in the end, EMAW will always win.
OK. Well what about Dennis Rodman? He needs the money, and he's won a lot more basketball games and is way more qualified than Doug Gottlieb. He's also way more entertaining. The only downside I see is that he's not Jewish. Or maybe he is...not sure. He did date Madonna.Thoughts?
Guys...I have on good authority that Andy resigned and wont stick around for new staff (even if Undy was hired). I'm going to miss his ties. Him and gottlieb on the bench together would have been super adorable.
I never noticed ira hayes as a poster until he started being awful in this thread. my god.
