Look, this isn't GRCOAT, but if you lose what you have and replace them with jack crap due to bad rep, bad circumstances, or a bad hire, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to realize that we will be really bad off.  Keeping what we have until the rest is figured out is the only way to maintain some resemblance of a program not falling apart if a unproven coach is hired.

Angel maybe.  Gipson, a less-certain maybe.   Frank apparently didn't think Diaz good enough to see the floor for the last 2 months of the season outside of that 30 seconds against Syracuse (huge rough ridin' mistake not giving him Vics minutes during the season).
