Pearl or Buzz. Still confused about the Pearl thing though and him being able to coach, but not recruit??  :dunno:

he can't recruit off campus. His assistants can recruit. Kelvin got Eric Gordon to commit while not being able to recruit off campus.

I think not being able to recruit off campus can be seen as kind of a badass thing, Asst's being the coaches minions and the coach making the players come to him.  That, and recruits may go "I want to meet with all the coaches before I make decisions" which will lock us into a visit.

Don't think our bag of money is big enough.  He's probably turned down larger bags up to this point

I've already asked this but is there any way that oscar has some recruits lined up for wherever he lands? Secretly lined up.

Seems like Huggs did, Hoiberg did, (insert numerous other examples I can't think of) did... so yes!

The nice thing about oscar is that it doesn't even matter. He can actually get elite recruits. Wouldn't that be nice?

I hope Currie has been saving all his cheating passes for his first hire.

Guys, just was thinking.  Do we know if currie and oscar even get along?  I mean, what if oscar got caught before any of this type of stuff came out? :ohno:

This post really hurts.  Goddamnit, I'm going to miss K-State basketball.

Texas Christian University coach Gary Patterson has been hired as Kansas State's 34th football coach, multiple sources have confirmed to GoPowercat.com.  Patterson replaces Ron Prince, who was fired Wednesday. - Tim Fitzgerald   Nov, 7, 2008

Nope. Small in numbers and one decent fb season away from forgetting all about this.  = most of KSUBB's fans.  Worst case currie needs to feign caring for 6months

Not sure I agree with all of this but then again....I don't care anymore.
Fifteen minutes later, when the Kansas locker room opened its doors to the media, the Jayhawks were still crying. Literally, bawling. All of them. I've never seen anything like it, and I've seen devastated college locker rooms -- after losses in the Final Four, the national championship game -- ever
