I am curious to see how this goes. I don't see how he can go mid-major unless its Shaka or Stevens and I don't see how he can get those.  I am guessing former/current nba guy or an assistant for an elite team.  Potentially making a run at Ben Howland (wouldn't be terrible if we could lure some of his recruits) or, worst likely case imo, oscar Weber
