Sure, their staff are likely better recruiters than ours.  Still, the also finished last in their conference, had no 4 or 5* commits, and only beat us by an avg of 0.03 stars.  Of any recruiting staff on a BCS team, Vandy would be one of the last I would choose in an attempt to make our staff look bad.  Once again, your blind hatred for KSU has skewed your vision and ability to reason.

You just spent a lot of time researching to make our recruiting look comparable to rough ridin' Vandy.  Once again, your blind tardness has skewed your vision and ability to reason.

Was our recruiting not comparable to Vandy?  I speak truth and fight fire with fire.

Yet their class in terms of BCS school offers out did K-State by a ratio of nearly 3:1 . . . the primary point is that they were able to bring in more kids, with many more D1 and BCS school offers in just a few months, than K-State could with an entire year.    Why is that so hard for a powerTARD like yourself to understand?   Whether or not they were recruiting some of those kids at other schools is a straw man.    What did our staff bring to the table when they came to K-State, in terms of being able to turn kids to K-State that they were recruiting at other schools?  As I recall pretty much nobody.

You know they show the commitment date, right?  7/21 commited prior to the staaff even being hired.  4 of the 14 kids who did commit to the new staff were 2*s.  Wanna guess how many of the 14 kids were being recruited (at different schools) by members of the new staff?  Pretty much all of them.  SquawkTARD.

What outstanding recruiters.   Able to keep the kids lured to them even when they change schools.  Our guys, didn't get anybody to switch as I recall.

Lafonte Thourogood (committed 1/28/2010) had more BCS offers than the last 5 or 6 Snyder QB recruits combined.

After having a chance to go through Vandy's commit list, I am starting to lend more credence to "star inflation" for K-State.    Take Thourogood for example, he had 10 BCS offers, and yet rivals only rates him a 3 star.    We have guys showing no BCS offers being rated 3 star.

Look at some of their 2 star rated recruits, take Jimmy Stewart for example.   If you toss out Maryland and Vandy, he still shows 3 D1 offers and 1 other BCS school offer . . . if he were a K-State recruit he'd be a 3 star for sure with that many D1 offers.    Let's look at Andrew Williamson . . . 5 other D1 offers, 2 other BCS offers, Rivals has him at a 2 star.   Mitchell Hester . . . toss out the Maryland and Vandy offers, he still shows 9 D1 offers and 4 BCS offers . . . 2 stars.   No doubt in my mind if those kids sign with K-State Rivals gives them another star easily.   Looks to me like Rivals was trying to keep Vandy down, probably didn't want to get deluged by a bunch of psycho Auburn/Bama/Tenn/Florida/LSU fans poisoning the trees and setting trash cans on fire, or trying to kill rivals employees.

Did you notice who Thourogood's lead recruiter was?  It wasn't Rahne or Franklin.  WVU had been in on that guy since 2009, so don't act like Vandy's staff came in and picked him up in the last 2 months.  The fact is, your beloved Commodore's vaunted recruiting staff had the luxury of hiring coaches who had recruits ready to follow them and they still managed to barely out recruit the WRSOAT.  'Grats, Dax.  You want to me check around and see if I can find you a good price on a banner?

So Vandy's staff isn't really better than ours because they were recruiting guys at their previous schools? WTF?

That doesn't even make any sense coming from jtksu.

The end result is nearly the same.  My point was to refute Dax's that Vandy's staff pulled this class in a matter of 2 months or so, which wasn't the case.

Yeah, other than the fact that all their coaches changed schools, while only that old fart from Tulane changed for us, the playing fields were exactly the same.

I know.  It would be so nice to be located deep in SEC recruiting land and bring recruits into Nashville.  Also, I wish we had like 22 dudes on our staff like Vandy.
