QuoteThey basically were telling me I could come in right away and play heavy minutes and have a great impact and make a big difference.QuoteWeber's love for guards is evident in his 2013 class. With the addition of Johnson, that is the fourth guard or wing player he has landed for K-State this year.

Home-sickness should wear off after 2 years.

Worst case scenario, he gets really mad at you and crosses his arms extra hard.
@CollegiateHoops: Tesoro (CA) PF Tanner Lancona '13 has an in-home scheduled with K-State this week.

I'll go ahead and post the who report from ESPN for you guys... There is no telling when this was written though. The site says it was updated today, but that's only because they posted a new article for him. They have him rated as a 3-star 70. Strengths:Lancona has a high-major frame with great length and extremely long arms. The lanky left-hander is a fluid athlete who runs well in transition. The most impressive aspect of his game is his shooting ability. He has a prolific stroke out to 22-feet and his release is ultra-smooth. He is a gifted passer off the dribble and generally displays a good feel for the game.Weaknesses:Despite all his impressive physical attributes and blossoming skills, Lancona is not engaged enough throughout the game as he should be. He needs to be much more assertive at both ends especially in the paint area. Far too much during the game, he hovers around the perimeter and doesn't pound the glass - making one wonder how much physical contact ishe willing to avoid.Bottom Line:Lancona has many gifts and an elite frame, but he needs to be much more productive at both ends of the floor if he wants to play at the highest level.NotesDecommitted from Washington State in April 2013... Committed October 2012... Travel Team: Double Pump Elite...

As a junior in 2011-12, he averaged 14.2 points per game, an earned All-Southern Section honors. As a sophomore, was named to the South Coast League second-team."At 6-8 he can shoot the three, but he is also skilled in the paint. His ability to pass the ball shows what good of a feel he has for the game," says WSU head coach Ken Bone.Lancona projects as a stretch 4 in college.
Going after an impact transfer (like Trevor Lacey) would be nice. We don't really need a 7 player FR class.

Trying to get a really good transfer makes sense.
