SC's just been waiting in the grass for the past, like, 50 or 80 years.Neither Duke nor UNC offered Thornwell or Stroman. Both grew up within an hour of Columbia. USC held off NC St. for Thornwell. Considering what NC St. has been able to do on the recruiting trail recently, that's pretty solid.I was speaking more to their proximity to a power program. Wouldn't NC State be like KSU getting Cauley from OSU? WutYou mean Kentucky?

It's not bad, however, to have Cluster (4* top 100 player).
I like how they said for the next 4 years
The beat goes on for Kentucky and Coach Cal, Harrison twins just committed there.Don't care if it's not directly relevant to KSU, if you're a hoops fan, you should know this.http://basketballrecruiting.rivals.com/content.asp?CID=1417922
Picture is pretty grainy(on my computer at least) but I believe Westicles can be seen at announcement at very top of picture wearing K-State shirt.http://espn.go.com/videohub/video/clip?id=8462781&categoryid=4179954

my mormon in-laws were pretty pumped about the jabari parker SI cover.
FWIW, that same update I posted above giving Parrish's offer list also stated Greg Wesley(6'7" PF from Arlington - NOT the ex-Chiefs safety) has a KSU offer.I'm pretty skeptical of that 1 because I can't find any other mentions connecting Wesley and KSU and the update also says Wesley has offers from Texas, Texas A&M, and OK St. I imagine interest has been shown to Wesley from those schools but that's a fairly salty offer list for a kid that hasn't created huge buzz on the circuit.http://rivals.yahoo.com/ncaa/basketball/recruiting/player-Greg-Wesley-122032
Coast 2 Coast Hoops ?@Coast2CoastHoopUConn's Karl Hobbs will checkout '13 Long Beach Poly (CA) PF Jordan Bell. FWIW, UConn's new coach, Kevin Ollie, is a native of LA. Oregon came in to see Bell last week.
