They should be very embarrassed by this most recent statement.  Everyone knows that it's definitely a "OK, I'm sorry, I'll shut and do what I am told" statement.

100%, they proved to be the baby backed bitches they have always been. Prima donnas. They think the world revolves around their has been football program and get incensed any time things don't go their way.

Maybe they should try and be ND and just go Independent. Sure they will make no money since the only people who will watch is the state of Nebraska and they will fall even further into obscurity, but hey, at least they won't have Texas, Michigan, tOSU, Penn St. et al telling them they are just another cog in the wheel.

they are going to lose to the worst dem ticket in history and freaking the hell out about it

I think Hillary was a worse dem ticket.

For sure. Biden and Harris don't cause such a visceral reaction from the right light Hillary does, regardless of what some may say. Even the "he's lost a mental step/has dementia" hit seems completely neutered by anything trump has IDK, ever said or done.

The only thing I am banking on this election for trump maybe losing is the fact if you objectively ask yourself are you better off now than 4 years ago is unquestionably no, even if you can somewhat reason that not all of it is trump's fault, it still happened under his watch, and he sure as crap didn't help it. That, and paired with the fact I think enough people last time probably did the "eff it both these candidates suck, let's roll the dice on the outsider and see what happens" probably aren't going to want to do that again, based on the previous point made above. But who knows. I also don't think Biden as previously stated also draws the ire of the right like Hillary did/does, and I think that matters as well.

Texas is going to love Manhattan in December!

I remember when they interviewed Mack Brown after the 12/05/12 title game.  They asked him about playing at KSU during the snow falling.  He said it was hard on his team to play in a blizzard.  I was at the game and it only lightly snowed with a light wind that evening.

not to notpick but it was 12/1/12, I know this because it happened on my birthday

It was also an insanely warm game for a night in december. Upper 30s IIRC

Ya, it was 12/1/12, but the point was they can't stand the cold weather.  They also said the same thing about a Nebraska game that had a light snow falling with a light breeze.

Oh for sure, they will definitely hate the "cold" weather

Why be worried about seating for this season, hardly anyone will be there (if allowed) anyways. Probably the best for construction. Hell they could just keep working during the games.

In talks with friends of doing a Route 66 esque road trip and cutoff for the grand canyon instead of going to LA.

Also in talks with ski trip in January. At least these are something.

I know a farmers wife "influencer". her farmer husband is low/med on the farmer hierarchy.

Wonder if the same one I kinda know, but they aren't SWK

SEC wants our WAP

Oh boy we better get ourselves checked at planned parenthood by Ben Shapiro's wife.

lol that is so damn amazing

I think Duckworth would be a great VP but too many people would get hung up on her not being born in the USA.

Nevermind McCain, Sharice Davids, Dan Crenshaw, Ted Cruz, et al all would have this problem

Never heard of a derecho (besides the spanish term) for a storm. Fascinating.

Have heard of and know my parents experienced a heat burst in Wichita a few years back. Those are utterly weird and interesting.

The idea that anyone NEEDS a season is pretty mumped up.

That's my general feeling about Sasse's letter. Do you want football? Hell yeah, do you need it? Um, no. If you need it you got some issues to work through

the majority of his voters have a lot of issues to work through

MAGA gonna MAGA

And we could get back to 12 by telling NU they can bring Iowa with them. And we can sweeten it even further by telling them psych, we're actually going to still be 10 teams because we're kicking out WV and Baylor!

If we could do that and get Colorado back from the Pac 12, and Mizzou from the SEC, yes please. I'll take two

under no circumstances do we want mizzou back

It'll make ku so happy tho.

Yikes. Sorry about your low T.

That part thankfully is ok, but, yeah, I live heavily on the happiness = reality - expectations equation and since reality sucks ass I have to adjust my expectations or else it's a tough go. Better than a KITN every other day.

Drunk bought at 43" TCL series 5 last week. I loved my old Vizio (and it still works after having it for about 11 years) but going from 32" to 43" is appropriate for my living room size (which is fairly small) and honestly it was about time. Anything bigger than like 47" would look hilariously overcompensating for my set up (like you could barely fit a 55" in the space I got, and I just don't need it to looks like one giant screen).

So far, very good, really enjoy the more real estate. Royals games look amazing, as is anything on netflix. Biggest PITA was wall mounting it (which looks sweet just hard to do with just 1 person) and then self made a cable blind since the old set up the TV was basically hiding the cables since it sat on the mantle. Floating exposes them and it pissed me off. Looks much better now though.

if you chuds would learn to trust every word I say you would already be at the 5th stage of grief ahead of everyone else

I've been there on practically everything since March. It's much easier to lower the bar to the floor and then have something slightly positive happen than it is to just imagine like we got this and then be disappointed.
