I think a healthy amount of these are from Avery not being comfortable with his progressions right now. Apparently, even on his touchdown pass to DJamer on 4th down, Jayce was open the entire time he was locked on DJamer's designed flare, but Avery never looked

Didn't know this thread existed until now so no pics, but this morning I had peach fried rice complete with crispy bacon, onions, jalapeño, carrots, broccoli, egg, lots of peanuts and 1/2 fresh peach. Topped with green onion.

You also won't find a real estate investor that tells you it's headache free, except maybe people that are limited partners in syndication or REIT investors. Those types typically have smaller returns though.
