Yeah... if someone could tell me how to properly pronounce that dude's name, I'd appreciate it.

I love Woke Tom!

Also, PurpleOil....no one wants you here.

lol There is no way any native English speaking person can look at that name and know how to pronounce it correctly. GTFO of here with your faux outrage.

You didn't actually know to care, if you did you would have looked it up like Tom did. You are a grown ass man making fun of someone's name, there's no outage, only shame.

It basically sounds like it looks. Most Nigerian names are if one takes longer than “hur hur, long African name hard to say”

Full disclosure, only watched the one rivals highlight video:

Peggy Po’s: as noted, looks to have great size and speed combo, seems to slither in and out rather than juke which is a good indication of good body control and kinesthetic awareness. Loved how he was able to turn and make catches thrown behind him while barely breaking stride or losing speed.

Neg Nancy’s: His competition is straight trash for Texas so hard to really tell how he compares to better talent. Wish there where camps this summer that we could get some reports out of. Would have liked to seen him go up and high point a little more. There’s a couple clips of him doing it but he doesn’t get a lot of height, but when you’re 6’4” you don’t necessarily need a huge vertical. The flip side of not seeing much juking/sharp change of direction could be poor agility.
He transferred to Colleyville Heritage, not trash.

Well that sure as hell isn’t Heritage in the video so his competition on tape is still straight 🗑

Kansas State Basketball / Re: Build your team
« on: April 13, 2020, 09:48:48 PM »
You can build a solid squad other ways, but to build the best you absolutely have to have Beaz on there.

Beaz and Denis plus whoever is probably best way to go, but Beaz, Pullen + any $3 and 2 $1/2 $2 and a $1 is tough also

Not saying old dudes can’t sling it on the recruiting trail but I was hoping for a young up and comer that would bring some more energy and youth to the staff.
yes blah hire for recruiting. just another older white guy. seems like KSU loves older white coaches when other schools are going with more coaches of color.
we have to have the whitest program in the country. when the team runs out of the tunnel it looks like Blue Valley West high school team. just white kids every where. not sure if we just can't attract players and coaches of color or we are just ignorant to its benefits.
when you look at players/coaches at clemson, Bama, ohio state, OU they look different than ours. we should probably be copying what they do

Man, why didn’t anyone think of doing what those schools do in recruiting, all schools just need to go take lessons from them and they too can win a natty

Baylor has to be on double secret probation by now. Just wait until their next mess up (the way they go that’ll probably be next week) and revoke their charter

So the big Samoan. Feel like he either comes here and disappears, then Senior day everyone is just, oh he still goes here? Or he’s one of those studs that every game the announcers gush about “and he’s only played football two years”

I used to think my fandom was cursed, but I’ve seen my team win a World Series, a Super Bowl, and a Stanley Cup in less than a decade. A Cats natty is all that could top this off now

If you've never seen a jomboy video before, enjoy.

This was by far the best breakdown I’ve seen.

The end part with the lady at the stingray exhibit was great and an apt description of a good number of KU fans

I thought all KU fans respected the sanctity of AFH and lost the ability to curse or make inappropriate hand signals the moment they stepped in the door?

He’s crazy enough that I could legit see his reason for taking the job is he’s trying to coach at schools with as many different shades of red* as possible

*maroon can be considered a shade of red, right?

He was one of the more noticeable players in a game that featured quite a few highly rated prospects. Going to go ahead and put in a “my guy” claim

depends on definition of elite
top 90 CB without a lot of suitors i would not call elite
guessing most if not all the other B12 programs have a CB committed who is higher ranked
BTW its been 2 recruiting classes now and KLieman has 0 4-star recruits
its the only program in the league without a 4 star recruit the last 2 years
recruiting sounds better but have we just gone from really bad to just bad?
Supposedly like 9 p5 offers. Read somewhere else it was more.

Plus your kstate wildcats. Article I read stated wake forest also offered. Point still remains, he might be a 3 star but you don't get this offers unless you have good potential/talent.

Again, may just be some optimistic thinking, but I have a gut feeling we’re going to start seeing offer lists like this be our middle of the road recruits not our high end talents

I know it’s a pipe dream, but a 4* DE from Shadow Creek committing to the Cats would give me one of the biggest purple boners I’ve had in quite some time

The numbers are incred.

Also, they’re playing a road game at this next year:

If that doesn’t explain the status of the program, I don’t know what does.

That’s a generic Texas HS football stadium and nothing you can say will convince me otherwise

I've had old white people ask that, stunning how often it still happens, never had anyone bold enough to ask for a picture.

Hell, I’m a 6’3” un-Athletic looking white dude and if I wear any college basketball team’s shirt there’s about a 50/50 I get asked if I played for them
