I've consistently worked out forever and continue to do so, but my lower back is basically sore all the freaking time now even when i'm not working out. I know I need to stretch more (or any at all), but what can I do to make this stop? Should I be yogaing?
A non-invasive Chiropractor has really helped me. Try to find one that uses the Torque Release Technique. There were times where I couldn't stand up out of bed in the morning, but that hasn't happened once since I have been going (several years)
