Lived in PigaggieVille for almost 10 years.  Pro Tip:  The racist stuff is very much true.

My wife has family in SC, a cousin who went to Clemson and a cousin who went to USC. The one who went to USC is much more racist, and that's saying something. Went to a house party at his place a few years ago, learned a lot of new racist jokes. Very uncomfortable.

Right, basketball practice facility is well on its way. I was wrong to say nothing is done. But when you compare that win with the loss of this coach who got the fans back interested in Basketball (better stated, kept fans interested after we lost Huggins)... is that a net gain?

Here's what I don't get. I mean--I'm not melting down because if you're a K-State fan long enough, this crap happens. Apparently, it's been no secret that Currie doesn't like Frank. Apparently, it's been no secret that Frank doesn't like Currie. I mean...you have to think that the endgame always looked something like this to them. And, neither of them are idiots...they're masters at what they're doing--great at spin, great at PR. I mean..sure fans are mad at Frank...or potentially will be, but he'll walk out of here with anger, and into Columbia, SC as a hero. People mad at Frank? Sure--but he'll have nearly as many ready to fall in love with him.

Where I'm lost is...what was John Currie thinking? There was no endgame solution here that would make him look good? The only one is a great hire following Frank...but it still looks like he orchestrated the ouster of a beloved coach. Something doesn't add up..and it's not Frank's end. Currie's no idiot--he wouldn't get egg on his face for Frank staying so publicly pissed, or leaving with a public nastiness about Currie to anyone and everyone who wants to hear it...unless he had a plan. What that plan is? Dunno. But, it doesn't make sense to let this become a nightmare if you're Currie--because you're the one who has to deal with it...not your Coach.

What evidence do we have that he's not an idiot? I mean, I would love to give the guy credit, but looking back... I'm not sure for what. I love all of the building planning, but nothing is done (or paid for) yet... right?

This is why it took me so long to ever join this board. I think it's hilarious and has a much better attitude than the shirt tucks, but so many inside and sarcastic jokes that are hard to pick up on without doing intense research.

I know I'm new to the board, but I REALLY don't get ANY rule that would EVER require me to root for ku. There's gotta be an exception to that one. Did Fatty TSC? The Fatty I knew would not have gone "EMAJ" under any circumstances.

Went camping with a bunch of friends, one invited a SM fan along. He fell asleep first so I decided to prank him. I poured a glass of water, got it sort of warm in the fire, stuck his finger in it then peed all over him.
