If Frank takes the male genitals Sucking position, I hope he gets his ass into the sauce again and flames out.

If Frank stays, I will give him the benefit of the doubt one last time and admire him with quite a bit of hesitation.

If Frank were to pull an Altman, I'd totally forgive him, instantly.  He wont, though.

can we stop with this crap? We will have plenty of "Frank is a Fake Sugar Dick (WARNING, NOT THE REAL SUGAR DICK!)" material without this bologna.

Man, can't emphasize enough how pumped I would be if we traded Frank for Pearl. God that'd be smooth.

We would also collect Frank's buyout, to boot.

Remember when Anya said that she never would have imagined that there was a place like this?  And she had tears in her eyes. I thought Frank would be here forever.

His balls will be on Currie's shelf indefinitely if he doesn't take the SC job.

Possibility that Currie was hoarding all this cash because he anticipated the donors were going to yank funds when he ran Frank off?   :sdeek:

Here's what I don't get. I mean--I'm not melting down because if you're a K-State fan long enough, this crap happens. Apparently, it's been no secret that Currie doesn't like Frank. Apparently, it's been no secret that Frank doesn't like Currie. I mean...you have to think that the endgame always looked something like this to them. And, neither of them are idiots...they're masters at what they're doing--great at spin, great at PR. I mean..sure fans are mad at Frank...or potentially will be, but he'll walk out of here with anger, and into Columbia, SC as a hero. People mad at Frank? Sure--but he'll have nearly as many ready to fall in love with him.

Where I'm lost is...what was John Currie thinking? There was no endgame solution here that would make him look good? The only one is a great hire following Frank...but it still looks like he orchestrated the ouster of a beloved coach. Something doesn't add up..and it's not Frank's end. Currie's no idiot--he wouldn't get egg on his face for Frank staying so publicly pissed, or leaving with a public nastiness about Currie to anyone and everyone who wants to hear it...unless he had a plan. What that plan is? Dunno. But, it doesn't make sense to let this become a nightmare if you're Currie--because you're the one who has to deal with it...not your Coach.

I don't think Currie expected it to be SC.  I think he thought a bigger program and he could go "Prestige, money, nothing I could do, etc" and fans would accept it.  The reason  Frank is winning this is because its SC

What evidence do we have that he's not an idiot? I mean, I would love to give the guy credit, but looking back... I'm not sure for what. I love all of the building planning, but nothing is done (or paid for) yet... right?
