Mitch Richmond turned 60 today.I used to work the k-state basketball camps during the summers and one summer mitch came back to appear at one of the sessions.

well, every night after the campers were sent back to their dorms, the current and former players, and others working the camp, would play pick up games for a couple hours in the upper ahearn gyms.
mitch was one of the pick up team captains and as the two captains were picking teams, he looked over and pointed at me and said, in these exact words “i’ll take slim”.
anyway that’s how I got to share the court with a 6 time nba all star and game mvp. he could drain it from anywhere on the court.
30% is standard now? tipflation is out of control
My daily driver is the csp. Hyatt card for my hotel stays. I haven't churned in a long time.

same for me. I will churn the SW cards every two years with Mrs SF to keep the companion pass, but that's about it for me. Like Rusty, I like to have a mostly central spot for points that I can move around. Since I don't stay at Marriott anymore for work, I use Hyatt mostly for hotel. I try and use SW to fly since I almost always have a companion pass. Outside of those two, I just grab flights that are the most cost effective, usually through Chase. I have room to grab another card or two, I can never decide on which is the best deal for me so I usually just sit tight.
I think SW is gutting the companion pass as well fyi
whoa, haven't heard this. would be a bummer. I'm on my second year so was planning on what type of business Mrs SF was going to be in for the application this fall.
I would rather have a general everyday cardwhat card should I get instead of CSR now that it's dumb? I haven't been churning, just rolling with the CSR for years.
Airline / hotel specific one? I just got the big boy AA citi card as I was tired of being out of the game and my chase time is a ways off. Cap1 and Citi general cards all seem pud

Anything south of 435 is southern.
correct
any decent southern JOCO lunch spots?
i bought a mac book pro a long time ago and never really learned how to use the operating system.
i decided that although i do appreciate the coolness factor of the mac book, i prefer to stick with the windows computers and apple for phone/ipad.
Drove around Denmark today. Their traffic lights do something we should do. In the second before a light changes from red to green, the yellow comes on with the red to tell you it’s about to turn green. They all let off their brakes when the yellow comes on & are already starting to push the gas pedal when the light turns green.
we went to don chuy’s new place at 87th and metcalf tonight. it is pretty good tex mex.
have not bought yet, but have been looking into how to make my place smell incredible all the time, without having to buy stuff over and over, and it seems like candle warmers is the answer. stay tuned
Anything new and fun people have been to recently? I'm hanging with some friends that are a bit fancier than me and Mrs SF. We like bars and breweries and they are more of the cocktail crowd. I'm trying to find a spot that's a good mix of both so I don't have to sit in a nice steakhouse or whatever for 3 hours and $600. I've steered them to Jims Alley, Hanks, and the oyster place in Brookside before and i'm running out of ideas.
