i don't understand why people are happy about this. Even though the Star was doomed anyway, this only speeds up the process.

Love him or hate him (i love him) he was clearly the BITB at the Star.

Whitlock deserves so much better than anything the KC area can provide. He's been working out and I think he's trying to get in better shape before he moves on with things. Personally I think he should drop 250 lbs and move to Miami to cover the Heat.

Used to hate Whitlock. I went all GPC over the "Beasley hummer" story at the time. Then he followed that up with the "K-State fab 4" story after we beat USC (again...yawn) in the tourney, and the scales fell of my eyes.
