Also sounds like conference expansion is accounted for. Numbers will not take a hit per school if we add 2-4 more

The pro rata increase if we expand is the key part. Now the Pac schools know exactly how much they'll get if they join us.

That's the TV only, and still an increase over the TV only portion now. It's not HUGE, but it shows we are still clearly above the level below us.

I was hoping for a collective tier 3 deal now that the only two it doesn’t make sense for are leaving. Big 12 network type thing.

We're also up again before the SEC is up. ESPN exclusivity cones with security but there's definitely a price for that.

waiting for this figure as well

No idea if this still applies, but early on (right after USC/ UCLA announced they were moving) I was hearing from Utah insiders that the disparity would need to be 10 to 12 million + for them to consider moving to B12

Depends. I think the Pac might be able to get a decent rate by incorporating a streamer. If anyone defects it won't be because of money alone but the perception of stability, as no matter what the Big 12s payout is, the Pac is still currently a mess. The threat of losing schools along with the potential of losing exposure by having significant games on a streamer might be enough to drive schools away.

I also think the basketball thing is important to Arizona.

I’m thinking it stabilizes us long enough that we should be able to complete all the facility upgrades needed in the next 10 years, which is huge.

Who the hell knows what the college landscape will look like around 2030, but we should be in a damn good place.
