The phrasing is fine but third tier rights of the schools other than UT and OU have already been gone, that came with what's the defacto Big 12 Network, Big 12 Now on ESPN+. Even with OU, the only differentiator they had was they worked out a deal to have one PPV football game a year, otherwise they've been schlubbing with us too. crap, they're on ESPN+ this week.
