I'd also like some reccomends for good leather dress shoes.
TIA, brosepheses.
Rounded toe is better than square toe, according to GQ. Personally, I always have to have a pair of cap toe shoes in my rotation. (You need a rotation because your dress shoes will last longer if you don't wear them 2 days in a row). Obviously, you need a leather sole if you want to be taken seriously, or a sole that looks like leather from the side. You don't need to spend more than $200, to get good shoes, and you can find very good ones for $70 at discount places.
HTH, brah!
good stuff. links to said $70 shoes? TIA
I go to a discount place called Century 21, but I know it's not national. They have everything from Bostonian to Rockport to Cole Haan to Calvin Klein around that price, and Bruno Maglis for a bit more. There's probably something like that up in Michigan. Otherwise, Calvin Klein has a bunch of shoes for around $130 that look real nice, although they don't last that long in my experience. One place I really avoid now is Aldo Shoes. Awful quality.
