So is like Freeman the Most Hated Cat of All Time (MHCOAT) now?

Doubtful.

But what most others realize that many of you don't, is that you'll always be referring to 'potential' when remembering Josh Freeman. But the actual reality that we've all witnessed was a quarterback that had a size and build for it, but was mediocre even at his best and a colossal frack-up under pressure. And thats after all this 'massive improvement' from his freshman year.

He's like a Jason Bennett. Except you actually put all your eggs into the basket and instead of acknowledging the reality of his ineptitude, you persist into delusional fantasies that with a good team around him he would have been great.

He was lazy. He was narcissistic. And he wasn't a good quarterback.
We'll see won't we?

the Freemie hate is ridic.

Defini. shows a lack of fbiq to think that he was bad.

Defending Freems is  :powertard:

You're an idiot, and not only are you not using the powertard stamp appropriately, but you're ruining it.  Stop.

Player   PAC%   PAYD   PATD   INT
Josh Freeman   58.6   2945   20   8

The kid had his deficiencies, but those are the numbers of a good quarterback.  Not great, but good enough to lead a team with half of a defense to 7 or 8 wins.

"I hope to bring leadership, toughness, and turnovers to an NFL team," Freeman said.

What an absolute bust.  His entire career, people were slobbing all over josh's knob about his "upside."
QFT glad to see him go honestly; this is more than likely one of the last times we hear from him for quite a while.

 :powertard:

Cire it probably no secret that i think you are and have always been a douche, but to lable me a powertard,( you moderate a board that is two strokes away from being fitz homers themselves) is assanine. I never had confidence in RP and Freems, actually got into some arguments with you about both of their abilities. If I remeber right i called bullcrap on you more than once when you were pimping them both on Kstatefans.

I'll take a shot.  Good luck in the league if you actually make a team.  The NFL is made up of extremely tough, athletic, and strong minded individuals who make up a team and you don't seem to be.  My guess is that your career will not be any better than your father's before you, but hopefully I'll be wrong.  I lost all respect for you when you threw your teammates under the bus with your "Snyder guys" comment.  You are a team player as long as you're the one making up the rules and I think that you will find this gets you nowhere in the NFL and very little in life.

Personally, I don't know how tough or not Freeman is, nor do I know of his leadership capabilities.  One thing is for certain neither of these could have been helped by being RP's golden boy.  I hope he does well and I hope he continues ties with KSU.  He has all the physical tools, and if he gets hooked up with the right group of coaches he could blosso into what he said he wants to be.

I heard that TP had some family issues that played into his decision.  Josh's old man does quite well.  Maybe apples and oranges here on the "decision" side of this issue.

Freems still has a big problem that going to make it hard for him to make it in the NFL--he's not a terribly accurate passer.  He's making a big mistake, but he knows that Snyder is more interested in a winning team than helping Josh's NFL stock.

you people are f'ing idiots.  If the defense got as better, year from year, as Josh did from his freshman year, we'd be playing today.  completely f'ing idiots.  It's tough to "lead" a team when the OL sucks complete donkey d*ck, you have no running back, and your defense has the resistancy of air.
Michael Bishop was a "leader" because he had an NFL line in front of him, an NFL-caliber wide reciever, an NFL caliber RB, and a defense that was littered with NFL players.  Same for J. Beasley and E. Roberson.  f'ing idiots.  I mean, do you think D. Meier's problem was that he didn't have "fire"?  No, he had zero talent and so did the team around him.  Same for AE.  They had no talent, Josh does it's just a shame that no one else on the team does/did.

I agree with Zacker,  but I'll add this......IF, and that is one mother &@#%ing HUGE "if," IF we can get a player with the ability of a Roberson (who wasn't great), then I think we'll more success than we saw with Freeman.

We have very little high-end talent on this roster right now.  Snyder will at least coach up crap talent.  Freems never had a chance to excel due to the worst coaching hire in the history of the Big 12.

That's correct.

As I understand it, Terry assisted his uncle with substantial legal bills.  His uncle established himself as the number one importer of heroin in the Harlem district of Manhattan. He did so by buying heroin directly from the source in South East Asia and he came up with a unique way of importing the drugs into the United States...on military cargo shipments.  As a result, his product was superior to what is currently available on the street and his prices were lower. His alliance with the New York Mafia ensured his position.

Not a backpedal at all. Just the truth.

I once was a big time Terry fan.

And this is the internet. Not reality.

My posts seem to often require further explanation.
