What are some tips for keeping off the pounds in college?

high metabolism or not if you eat sh*t all the time you're gonna gain a significant amount of weight.  if you're not funny as all get out and you want to get laid, i suggest staying in somewhat good shape.

If you're in good shape but go around being a moron, you ain't gonna get laid either bro.

One of my biggest regrets from college was that I didn't eat healthy and didn't stay in good shape.  Also, didn't go to class enough.  Don't do either of these things that sd did.

well for one, i'm really not looking for your opinion (obvious reasons).  and second, college is much different than HS and i have no athletic obligations to follow anymore, so judging from what has been said, the rec seems to be a popular choice.  i love pick up basketball, so thats good.
