    The very best.
you don't know? are you just f*cking retarded?
It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

    THE b IS NOT CAPITALIZED
Take some daily trips around the old stadium track. Don't eat like a dumbass.

Don't be fat(ty).
I'm telling you, this is not ANYTHING like the team from the beginning of conference play. You will see no more blowouts like what happened in OOC.  If we lose, it will not because these kids gave up, and it will be at the buzzer. -Rodless, before 97-70

It's really not that hard. You exercise more by walking to class and eat less....at least that's what happened to me

My thing was always banging lots of hot babes.  We're talking like supermodel hot, folks.  Sometimes four or five a night.

It's not for everyone.

    Knows What Brent Did...
Just use some site like thedailyplate to track your calories per day. Pretty simple, really. Alcohol has a boatload of calories (64 per fluid ounce), so adjust your exercise habits to compensate for your drinking habits (yeah...I called it a habit).

Eat less calories than you burn. That's how it works.

It's not the freshman year per se that kills you, it's eating at the friggin' cafeteria 3x a day that does you in.

My freshman year I had an apartment and didn't gain a thing.  Next year I'm in the dorms and eatin' at Mrs. E's and gained like ten pounds.

Just eat in moderation, dude.

If you are living in the dorms, never take the elevator.  Seriously.  I lived on Moore 9 back in the day and didn't gain a single pound because I climbed those gd stairs every day.......not to mention the nightly fire alarm drill.

liquid diet my friend.  all beer all the time.  mix in a little running here and there.  switch from beer to a slimfast, so you don't pass out, an hour before sex.

It really is hard.  A lot of people come out of H-School where they played football, basketball & baseball so they had something going on athletically at all times.  Then, you get to college, and the cool thing to do is nothing.  Gotta cut back on the calories when you cut back on the workouts is pretty much the key.  Get to the rec if possible and I would recommend pickup hoops which is always available there.  I tried to take up jogging in college but see "hate working out thread" to see how that turned out.  I never got fast food, like ever, growing up so when I got to college that was a big time problem as well.  Drink in moderation and I woudl recommend only Thu-Sat if possible.  Pretty much all I got.  Also, it's easier to say than do.

Okay, you're gay.  I concur with the statement that a normal dude wouldn't be worring about gaining weight going into College.  Worry about how much poon you're going to tap or something.  I will help you answer your next post though; No one cares what you wear in college.  Wow, you'll make a good addition to some Frat one day.

If you aren't a dirtbag you will care about not gaining weight.  Health and fitness will easily evade you for the rest of your life if you let it slip early.  Nothing gay about it.

Hey, listen, you have plenty of time to worry about your health after College.  4-5 years of bad eating/drinking doesn't affect most people that age.  Your metabolism is like your best friend ever.  Besides, the guy needs to get use to some hazing.  Man, if someone asked me in College about eating healthy, I think I would have just punched them.  I'm just looking out for him is all.

One of my biggest regrets from college was that I didn't eat healthy and didn't stay in good shape.  Also, didn't go to class enough.  Don't do either of these things that sd did.

high metabolism or not if you eat sh*t all the time you're gonna gain a significant amount of weight.  if you're not funny as all get out and you want to get laid, i suggest staying in somewhat good shape.

I gained a ton of weight at K-State, and I'm really regretting it now that I'm a giant fatass.  Smart thinking, 16.  Here's what you need to avoid:  eating everything in sight at the cafeteria.  It's ok to throw away food and not put cheese all over your fries and eat 2 cheeseburgers at lunch.  Also don't start eating Pizza Shuttle... once a week might be okay, but it can turn into an every night chowfest.  Go to the rec and lift weights, and ride a bike if you have one.  Lots of good places to ride around Manhattan.

Drinking shouldn't be a big problem if your diet is ok.  You can handle a lot of beer when you're young.  Just don't drive around after drinking a case of beer and don't jump out of any balconies.
