ku's 1st string rb cornish couldnt even go to nfl when ksu's 3rd string thomas clayton did, enjoy the cfl ku fans

Fat lot of good Clayton did for you all. Very happy to have had Cornish over Clayton, thank you. Where they're drafted really doesn't mean anything since they're not playing a down for either ku or KSU anymore. I think it's more important what the player does for his while actually at the University.
"More hypocrisy from the Bird Nation. When A KSU fan brings up previous basketball success, we are brushed aside with a quick "oh yeah, well what have you done this decade?" But it is perfectly acceptable for a ku fan to bring up football players who played in the leather helmet era. Spin city wasn't taped in Lawrence, but it sure as hell should have been."
How can you call me a hypocrite? Never said what you allege. You all have a fine basketball tradition, just no where near ku's. And I don't think Gilbert Brown, Dana Stubblefield, Gale Sayers, John Riggins, Nolan Cromwell, Bobby Douglas, or John Hadl played in the leather helmet era. I know you consider anything before Snyder ancient history, but the rest of the nation doesn't.
