Marshawn Powell, a star for Boo Williams, said he has no offers at the moment but Clemson, Richmond, Kansas State and Oklahoma are interested.
There were several players in the 16-under division of the Peach Jam who are better prospects than Marshawn Powell, but this list is about production today and not promise tomorrow. When evaluating Powell, we've noticed that he consistently produces points and rebounds. A crafty midrange to low-post player, Powell has a quick release on his jump hook and a great up-and-under move. In fact, he seems to thrive against bigger opponents. They are often suckered into trying to dominate Powell, and are often left susceptible to his multiple moves. A high-energy player on the glass, Powell is the type of prospect who can hold a team together through adversity.

Henson gave us a list of Kansas State, Arizona, Baylor and Texas A&M.

He lists Baylor, Texas A&M, Kansas State and Texas State as school's showing interest.
2009 prospect Anthony Marshall UNLV and Colorado State have offered him. Kansas State, Kansas, Arizona, Arizona State, Washington, Washington State, Pepperdine and Gonzaga are all schools of interest.

One of those guys is Texas D1 Ambassadors forward John Henson and his teammate Cory Jefferson is close behind.The 6-foot-10 thin big men are certainly no strangers to the high-major attention. Since both really emerging in the spring and consistently playing well at the national events, the duo has established themselves as very attractive prospects.Henson is one of the most unique players in the 2009 class. Against Team Davis on Thursday morning, the Round Rock (Texas) native put in a modest 13 points but he also blocked seven shots and grabbed nine rebounds all the while playing three positions.Just how good is Henson?
