My guess is DC is not very well equipped to handle ~30" of snow, so it's more likely that you'll be snowed in for longer than 2 days

even if your building is new power and cables lines on poles could be an issue so gas up the car. I enjoyed these posts from Skinny Benny RE:Disaster preparedness
