Did you never quite graduate, got a job at rusty's, and still go to house parties?

born in, or 20 years+ residence, imo.  emily and some of her ilk may disagree, but i don't consider those people to be full townies.

No one ever asked me if I wanted to go to Bobby T's.  But I know that's where a lot of the townie action is.

Agree.  Otherwise, a crap ton of transplants would be considered townies.  And that doesn't seem right.  A townie's gotta have some serious roots.

agree w/ all this. although i would like to note that emily (the character) was born in mhk and moved to st george after her parents divorced in the seventh grade. she graduated mhs though, worked in the mtc food court and has lived in town for the past seven years. she's a townie. not sure if her husband is due to him being married to a townie.

i also consider myself a townie. born, raised, kstateo'd, moved away for several years and then just moved back. it's the townies that never moved away that you have to watch out for imo. they're the sneaky bastards. the whole lot of them.

Bobby T's sounds glorious, especially the part about the waitress with nice tits.

True story, it's really similar to Henry T's.  Right down to the every-night-is-a-regular-food-special thingy.  Henry's has them on the wings and burgers (with waffle fries), but Bobby's has far better karaoke and shuffle board tables.
