Deep 3 from the wing circa December 1997 right? I'm sure it warms his heart to this very day.

Good ol Anton, nothing like bringing in those JC D2 AA's to provide scoring punch  :ksu: (only the complete opposite of this)

Anton will always have the Bradley game winner. Nothing can take that away.

I was mowing my lawn when that happened and I remember thinking, we're going to be good again.  couldn't have been more rough ridin' wrong :bang:

On another note, it must have been a warm fall that year :driving: my mower

Joules-vol has enough energy to power our environmentally conscious electric wagon for Myles between charges.

I think he's on the team almost exclusively because of his speed. It give us the potential to run the point like Denis last year. It remains to be seen if he can develop into even a fraction of the overall ballplayer that Denis became. I hope he does... but I'm not going to hold my breath.

Glad I'm not on this shitty wagon.  "Hey everyone, lets get excited about Myles after Alcorn St!!"  If you want to get excited about a mediocre-at-best player after playing mediocre against a shitty team, HenRob has been trying to get your attention for a couple years now

-Alcorn St is the only game he was permitted to get into a groove.
-He can actually dribble the ball and distribute it effectively. Unlike Doc, who appears to be dribbling with two right hands.
-He can penetrate and dish.
-He's got good speed.
-Sure his D is subpar, but Denis' was too. By big 12 play and when Frank acknowledges that Doc can't keep up with the faster athletes, he'll have to resort to play Kilomyles.

I am not sold on any of this/have not seen it consistently.  If you want to say the sample size is too small so say he can't do thest things, fair enough.  But one game against probably our worst opponent yet will not convince me he can.

I can't wait to bump the crap out of this thread late February. I don't know what you followers have against the maple leaf, but the dude can play. The fact that Doc got used by Warshington St's guard, Duke's guards and picked up some quick fouls against Alcorn, proves my point that Doc is too slow to keep up. Doc is going to get eaten alive by Big 12 guards if he's going to be asked to run the team. Pullen played himself out of the point already. What's Frank supposed to do? What we saw against Alcorn was a tryout for Juevol. And to be Frank, he passed the test.

I'm with you Lefty, Canada is the only guy we have with enough handle to put pressure on a defense, he may not be good enough but he deserves a shot and he didn't fail in the Alcorn game.
it’s not like I’m tired of WINNING, but dude, let me catch my breath.

He's pretty damn fast.  Maybe a little too fast.  Also, he's pretty much nothing like Griffen.  People that say stupid crap like that probably never actually saw Griff play and were just trying to seem cool.
