I think he's on the team almost exclusively because of his speed. It give us the potential to run the point like Denis last year. It remains to be seen if he can develop into even a fraction of the overall ballplayer that Denis became. I hope he does... but I'm not going to hold my breath.

-He can actually dribble the ball and distribute it effectively. Unlike Doc, who appears to be dribbling with two right hands.
-He can penetrate and dish.
-He's got good speed.
-Sure his D is subpar, but Denis' was too. By big 12 play and when Frank acknowledges that Doc can't keep up with the faster athletes, he'll have to resort to play Kilomyles.

I can't wait to bump the crap out of this thread late February. I don't know what you followers have against the maple leaf, but the dude can play. The fact that Doc got used by Warshington St's guard, Duke's guards and picked up some quick fouls against Alcorn, proves my point that Doc is too slow to keep up. Doc is going to get eaten alive by Big 12 guards if he's going to be asked to run the team. Pullen played himself out of the point already. What's Frank supposed to do? What we saw against Alcorn was a tryout for Juevol. And to be Frank, he passed the test.
