Coach Thomas was fired @ FIU this AM.

Milton Doyle 6-4 2G/PG 21ACT at Chi. Marshall H.S./Coach Henry Cotton
... had signed in Nov. with FIU as a "steal" for that level ... had good
enough Senior that Texas & Kentucky called on him!

That's usually how most of his posts look. I'm guessing its because he actually does text coaches info like that more than he posts on message boards. He's really ramped up his posting since Frank left. Dudes a Frank supporter and knows what players and coaches think of each other as its his job to help connect them. Big K-State fan and is very cautious on Webers upside as a coach. Like everyone he says he's got a stellar reputation in the coaching circles.

Looks quick with the ball for tall guard, and good handles (for a 1 min hl video at least).  Would be great for Frank.  Still Would take for Cats.  Who is oscar going to run off for this guy though after we get Trey?

it is hard to recruit when everyone else is cheating and you are virtuous.

Making bold predictions is apparently easy whether or not you cheat, though.

So I guess this offer came and went pretty fast, I imagine the offer COULD have been from the previous staff, but I had never seen KSU mentioned in connection with him in the past:

"Branch picked the Ducks over offers from Kansas State, Rutgers and Virginia Tech, among others. He is ranked the No. 30 junior college prospect in the country by JUCOJunction.com.

A 6-foot-5, 175-pound sophomore, Branch showed off high-major ability almost immediately at Cloud County. Branch, who said his time away from the game made him “hungrier,” averaged 17 points, four rebounds and two assists as a freshman. He scored 25 points per game, to go along with four rebounds and four assists, as a sophomore."

Would take, but generally the 3 pt shot is important for a SG.  I would imagine even more so if you're running a shitty motion offense
