Bossi reporting KSU offer to Jackson:"With three years of eligibility remaining, combo guard Trency Jackson of Northwest Florida is a serious option for high majors. The 6-foot-2 freshman is a big time athlete, has deep range and can shoot the ball pretty well. He's been offered by the likes of Pittsburgh, Kansas State, Purdue, Cincinnati, Texas Tech, and Wichita State. Head coaches from all of those programs save for Pitt and Cincy were on hand. Pitt did have an assistant in town and Jamie Dixon is in to watch Jackson on Thursday."http://kansasstate.rivals.com/content.asp?CID=1346273
If it were up to me, Wintz would be on a fan scholarship, full ride.
Sounds like Undy and/or Evans were in Western PA last night, Beaver Falls and Jeter advance to state title game on Saturday:"Sheldon Jeter, Beaver Falls' star 6-foot-7 senior, led the fourth-quarter surge by scoring 10 of his game-high 15 points in the final eight minutes. He had only one basket and five points in the first three quarters. With coaches from Kansas State and Seton Hall watching, Jeter made things happen offensively and defensively."http://www.post-gazette.com/stories/sports/high-school-basketball/piaa-class-aa-boys-basketball-beaver-falls-patience-pays-off-627413/?p=1
UNIVERSITY PARK — Drew Cook's 8-foot shot at the buzzer fell just short of the basket, as did Beaver Falls' quest to win a PIAA title.Philadelphia's Imhotep Charter rallied to tie it in regulation, then pulled out a 56-54 overtime victory over Beaver Falls to win its second consecutive PIAA Class AA title this afternoon at Penn State's Bryce Jordan Center.Imhotep Charter (22-8), which beat Greensburg Central Catholic by 33 points in the state final last year, also won the 2009 Class AA title. The Panthers were led by Khyree Wooten's 15 points, and also got 13 points and 13 rebounds from 6-foot-6 junior Brandon Austin, a Penn State recruit.Beaver Falls (28-23) was playing in its fifth PIAA final, having won state championships in 1970, 1994 and 2005. The Tigers were led by 6-8 senior swingman Sheldon Jeter's game-high 22 points, but it came on 10-of-32 shooting from the field, including 0-for-10 from 3-point range.Imhotep Charter led by as many as nine points in the second half, but Beaver Falls rallied back to take a late lead before Shakur Nesmith got a steal and basket with 21.2 remaining in regulation to tie the game at 48-48.Jeter's 3-point attempt fell short before the buzzer. The Panthers jumped out to a four-point lead in overtime before Cook's 10-foot jumper cut it to 56-54 with 6.8 seconds left. But when Austin missed both free throws with 4.2 seconds left, Cook's final shot fell short.Imhotep stretched a 9-6 lead into a 20-10 advantage early in the second quarter. Then the Panthers lost 6-6 juniors Nigel Grant and Austin for long stretches when Grant turned his ankle and Austin picked up his second personal foul.Beaver Falls capitalized, thanks to Jeter and sophomore Elijah Cottrill, who combined for 12 points in a 13-1 run. Jeter rebounded a Kevin Cancel miss and scored to tie it at 20-20 with 1:35 remaining in the half, and Cottrill hit a 3-pointer to give the Tigers their first lead, 23-20, with 30.6 seconds left.Beaver Falls took a 23-21 lead into halftime.Imhotep scored the first seven points of the third quarter and led by as many as nine, 44-35, with 5:15 to play in the fourth. But Beaver Falls rallied back with a 10-0 run that saw Jeter give the Tigers a 45-44 lead on a baseline turnaround jumper with 2:20 remaining.Wooten's jumper gave the Panthers a 46-45 lead. Beaver Falls' Deyne Richardson got a steal and was fouled, then missed both free throws at the 1:19 mark. When Austin partially blocked a Jeter jumper, Richardson recovered it and scored a three-point play for a 48-46 lead with 46.1 seconds left.Imhotep tied it when an inbounds pass bounced off Drew Cook's knee and into the hands of Shakur Nesmith, who scored with 21.2 seconds left to tie the game at 48-48. Jeter's 3-point attempt before the buzzer fell short.Read more: Imhotep Charter beats Beaver Falls in OT - Pittsburgh Tribune-Review http://www.pittsburghlive.com/x/pittsburghtrib/sports/s_788227.html#ixzz1q5stYyz2
So, I'm trying to get excited for next season. I go to www.youtube.com and I search "Robert Upshaw." I watch a couple of his highlight vids. Is it just me, or is he really terrible at jumping? He looks about like me when I was 13 and could finally dunk on my basketball goal when it was lowered to 7.5' It made me less excited for next season.

Upshaw and Letchmakovis or whatever, have both signed their LOI's over 4 months ago, so I don't know whether they could really open their recruiting up again? At least for this year.
So what document was he signing at that press conference?
