Jeter is in Manhattan today

I really hope this isn't an indication of our feelings towards Walker or vice versa.

I think there's a spot on the roster for Jeter, so I'm not saying anything about him one way or the other, but I'm really intrigued by Walker.

Jeter visited Manhappiness today, then on Thursday he can go see his future team play in Pittsburgh, and then possibly upset #1 seed Syracuse on Saturday, by Saturday night he'll be full blown EMAW.

PIAA Boys: Tigers cruise to win
Beaver Falls sinks Lakeview, 69-37
Sunday, March 11, 2012
From local dispatches

Nobody has been able to slow down the WPIAL Class AA champion Beaver Falls Tigers.

Sheldon Jeter scored 23 points and Beaver Falls rolled to yet another lopsided win by defeating Lakeview, 69-37, Saturday in a PIAA Class AA first-round playoff game at North Allegheny.

Beaver Falls (25-2) has won each of its past eight games by at least 17 points. The Tigers held District 10 third-place finisher Lakeview (19-7) to 12 first-half points.

The defensive dominance came one game after the Tigers limited Monessen to 27 points in the WPIAL final. It was the fewest points in a championship game since 1960.

I liked it, too.  I still want Walker, though, so I'm not against running someone to get both.

Protip on Walker*: His HS coach, Tyrone Woodside, is Anthony Grant's cousin.

The basics:
- Considering  KSU, Wisconsin, S. Carolina, Seton Hall, and Penn St. All have offered.
- Wants to visit Penn St. and Seton Hall after his season is over.

Alex Kline ? @TheRecruitScoop
Florida State is now showing interest in Sheldon Jeter, a 2012 SF from Beaver Falls (PA). He was at Kansas State over the weekend.

Sheldon Jeter isn't much for small talk. Chatty he is not. He uses one word to answer questions most times and avoids revealing too much information. Things are short, sweet and sometimes muffled.

Sheldon Jeter visited Kansas State this weekend.
In that way, he's the player of LHC Bill Snyder's dreams. The problem is, Jeter plays basketball. And it's Frank Martin, not Snyder, who is courting him to Kansas State. The 6-foot-7, 210-pound forward visited Manhattan on Sunday afternoon and, like most recruits finishing up a tour of a college campus, said he enjoyed the trip.
