Big Willie Cauley fan. Catches everything thrown to him and has soft touch in the paint. Another very good 2012.

TREMENDOUS news that Cauley is developing a back to the basket game. If he can develop into a consistent scoring threat in the post, the sky is the limit for him.

"Willie Cauley, C, Spiece Mo-Kan – At the Hoop Jamboree, Cauley showed some potential. During the first day of the Desert Duel the 6-foot-10 big man he stepped it up even more. Cauley was efficient inside going 6-for-7 from the field scoring 12 points. He has a great set of hands, as he caught everything thrown inside, and he showed great touch around the basket. Although he didn’t get a ton of post touches, he did showed a half hook over his left shoulder. "

I only want him to improve if he comes to KSU.

I'd rather have us recruit guys that are hungry and want to get better. Guys that recognize weaknesses in their game and work to get better. It sounds like Cauley is starting to do that, kudos to him.

It would suck to lose out on him but we're right in the hunt right now and since it sounds like he's working to get better, I hope we put even more effort into recruiting him.

He's obviously enamored with the "bling" of OSU.  Wish we had our elite MBB practice facility done...though even that doesn't compare with the schematics/mock ups of the mythical facilities for athletes at OSU that Boone and Co. keep promising.
