Atta boy Will!", all while clapping his hands very sarcastically. This happened more than once. Then Juevol made a mistake and Frank did the EXACT same thing while clapping, "Good job Juevol! Not going to lie, I'm a 100% Frankite.  I like this basketball team and all its faults.  We're still pretty darn good, maybe not quite as good as expected, but still very good.

And Frank's "buy in or quit" persona with all its talking points and mannerisms and staring only makes following Cat hoops even better.
