True, but it is not like Frank is seeking the attention. People, like Kornheiser, are just paying attention because of Frank's elite status.
IMO, Frank's motivational strategies work on college kids and they produce more wins than they cost us games. I'm concerned that some K-Staters have too quickly forgotten about the Asbury-Wooldridge era of suckitude, great fake tans, and neck braces to truly appreciate where the program is currently. Guys like JHR would be a top 3 player on most of the Asbury-Wooldridge teams. Matt effing Siebrandt was arguably our best offensive player one year with his crab like left handed baby hook. To his credit, was pretty amazing how well he did perform in the Big 12. He was much better suited to play in the MAC or MVC.
