stupid fitz, I feel like maybe you should outsource all of your doing stuff. stick to what you're good at, not doing stuff.

That's my strategy with most things. I mean,  :kstategrad: Also, my kids are starting to get old enough to do most of the stuff I don't want to do. Pretty soon i'll just be on my patio watching the sprinklers like a boss.

What's the best deal on SW cards going now? Not just for miles, but benefits. TIA.

I've been doing my daily spending and  monthly recurring charges on the csp for a long time. Is there really anything worth flipping through for bonuses these days?

They are all Chase. Benefits are not great. As always I’d recommend waiting for their 80k+ offers and getting a couple (personal and biz) in Dec/Jan to get a 2 year companion pass

Yeah, but not like the glory days. SW is good as noted above. Capital One has some nice ones. Amex.

Meh. I rarely fly. Don't care about straying from my Chase rewards for hotels.

Friends. I'm out of hotel points (Marriott) for the first time in like 15 years. I have both Chase and Amex rewards, but haven't been filling them up properly the past could of years. Anyhoo, I'll be staying at a Hyatt resort here in a few months and I'll prob just pay for it. Should I get a Hyatt card to pay the bill? Pay with my CSP or Mrs SFs Amex Plat? I don't have any other Hyatt points and while free hotels are free hotels, I still like to try and stick with Marriott since I have lifetime platinum status. What's the best payment play here to increase points geared more toward future hotel stays?

This is what i have been thinking. Should I pay directly with a new hyatt card or just pay with my CSP or Amex Plat and transfer. I've seen that Amex has some transfer bonuses on occasion that I apparently need to keep track of now.

If you'll be going to good places with hyatts, just dive in and get their card.

The CSP's girth is laughable compared to the CSR's girth

I believe they have equal girth. At least I can’t tell the difference. But I’m a girth queen.

Holy moly. So i know i'm late to this, but to my defense, i have always had a bazillion Marriott points so I never had a reason to look at other hotel rewards. I just booked a NY trip at a Hyatt and the same amount of points would have only been like 1 night at a Marriott. I feel like now that I have discovered this, that is going to change immediately. Sorry guys.

Also, the Amex Platinum card has great girth.

Isn’t the value of Chase UR points highly increased by the ability to transfer 1-to-1 to Hyatt? Aren’t Hyatt points the like only ones that are more valuable than UR points?

Edit: if that’s the case wouldn’t you want to build thru UR and then do all Hyatt stuff via transfer?
If there was a gif of nicname thwarting the attempted-flag-taker and then gesturing him to suck it, followed by motioning for all of Hilton Shelter to boo him louder, it'd be better than that auburn gif.

UR are most valuable and do transfer 1:1 but you also can’t have like 4 different Sapphire cards. You can have a personal one and a business one but after that Hyatt card is a good option.
