i don't think fresno banks allow you to walk in with a dog. i could be wrong, though. sometimes i see dogs in places that surprise me.

My experience is that nearly every place allows you to walk in with a dog if you just do it. The only exception to date is the bar directly across from me, and only late on weekend nights when there's a doorman.

50k fee waived v 70k for $95.

yeah, it pencils out, but there's a lot of free miles lying around to be going out and buying miles.

Someone aware me how Chase balance transfers for pts works. SW is offering 1 pt per $1 transferred in first 90 days of Rapid Rewards card. Too bad I just paid off a decent balance on my CSP. Or is it good I did?

I would normally never consider doing this. they are going to charge you a fee on the balance. unless the fee is less than what a pt per dollar is worth (about 1.5 cents per point in this case). I can't imagine it would be.

spg back to 35k maybe for the last time. if you haven't had the personal or biz version now would be the time to get them as they are both going away. biz won't count against your 5/24. I can refer someone to the biz (as soon as the card arrives so in like a couple days) so PM if interested
