you won't get as much value transferring UR to Marriott but you can do that math if you want. would probably be a better redemption to just book via the UR portal at 1.5 CPM for most Marriott bookings.

dunno your wants, but there are tons and tons of cheap hotels in rome.  personally, i would use ur portal or cash instead of hotel chain points in that city unless maybe you have some choice hotels points.

Mostly there are non airline specific lounges. I got into the Alaska lounge with my PPS in Portland though. Nice thing is you can be flying any airline... Kind of like a poor man's centurion lounge.

They vary greatly in quality... The one in Vancouver was awesome... The one in cancun is basically a hole in the wall... You can get a list of all the eligible lounges on their site.... Its come in helpful more times than I thought it would.

Always free soft drinks.... Most of the time some sort of free booze... The food options are typically the biggest wildcard in my experience.

Oh god no never do that. I only use Marriott points because I get shitloads of them from work travel.

Marriott points are like the Japanese yen of the hotel world. Hey you earned a megabonus of 70,000 miles. Congrats that'll get you almost two free nights at a Residence Inn. The only way to get any value is to book super high end places in the 45-50k a night range.

I know.  I currently have no idea where that would be.  Everything's online (or call in a credit card for a fee that sometimes is justified for the spend benefit ).

Who did you call when you told them you wanted to rent your building? Just call them and ask them where you can send a check for rent.  Also, it looks like they want an email for them as well so they can "tell them you are paying through radpad."

The "them" is gonna be the problem.  They're really dumb and I now avoid communicating with them as much as possible.  But I'll see what I can do.  At least it'll make for a post on here after I calm down with a sig male genitals.
